Pesto Pasta Salad with Balsamic Vinegar

Cooking Time: 10 minutes


  • 200 g Box Perfetto Avemarie Lisce pasta
  • to taste Half cup of seedless black olives
  • to taste Half can of sweet corn
  • to taste Rocca leaves
  • 2 Table spoon olive oil
  • 1 Table spoon balsamic vinegar
  • to taste Basil leaves
  • 4 cloves of garlic
  • 3 tbs pines
  • to taste Olive oil
  • to taste Salt & Black pepper

    Pesto sause recipe: Ingredients: Basil leaves, 4 cloves of garlic, 3 table spoons of pine, 6 table spoons of olive oil, half cup parmesan cheese, salt and black pepper. Cooking description: Mix all pesto sauce ingredients together in a food processor unti

    Bring water to a boil then add salt
  • 3.
    Add balsamic vinegar, olive oil and big table spoon of pesto over the pasta
  • 4.
    Add cherry tomatoes, sliced black olives, sweet corn and rocca leaves to the mixture and stir
  • 5.
    Add grated parmesan cheese over the pasta for extra flavour.
  • 6.
    Served shilled, fresh and delicious
