Nutella Stuffed Kunafa -

  • 1 pack Perfetto Vermicelli pasta
  • 200 g melted butter
  • ¼ cup finely chopped pistachios
  • 1 jar Nutella spread
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 ½ cup sugar
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp orange blossom water


  • 1.
    Take vermicelli in a bowl and break them with your hands into smaller finer pieces.
  • 2.
    Pour the melted butter and mix them well until well incorporated.
  • 3.
    In a separate saucepan, start to make the sugar syrup to drizzle, by adding sugar into water until it gets dissolved completely. Keep on stirring until mixture thickens. When mix gets ready, add lemon juice to it.

    Take a baking pan, layer the base with half of the vermicelli mix, and level it.
  • 5.
    Now pour some of the Nutella spread and even it with a spoon.
  • 6.
    Use the remaining vermicelli mix and layer on top of the Nutella.
  • 7.
    Brush the top layer with melted butter.
  • 8.
    Bake the Kunafa in a pre-heated oven for 15 min at 180.
  • 9.
    Remove the Kunafa from the oven and sprinkle pistachios before serving.
  • 10.
    For those that want added sweetness, they can drizzle the sugar syrup on top before eating.
