Baked Macaroni with Béchamel Sauce ، Lebanese Style

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 pack Perfetto Quick Macaroni
  • 100g breadcrumbs
  • 2 cups Bechamel sauce
  • 1 tbsp Lebanese 7 Spices
  • 1 tbsp salt

Directions

  • 1.
    Boil Perfetto macaroni pasta, drain and set aside.
  • 2.
    In a medium saucepan, heat up the Bechamel sauce and season it with salt and the 7 spices. Stir well.
  • 3.
    Pre-heat oven to 180 degrees C.
  • 4.
    Take an oven proof baking dish and put in the boiled pasta. Drizzle the sauce over it. Finally, top the Bechamel with the breadcrumbs.
  • 5.
    Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden and oozing. Serve hot.
