Avocado Pasta , Low Cab Spaghetti

Cooking Time: 30 minutes


  • 400 gm Perfetto Spaghetti Low carb high protein pasta
  • 250 gm guacamole
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 100 gm pine nuts
  • 100 gm cherry tomatoes
  • 50 gm peas
  • 15 gm basil


  • 1.
    Cook Perfetto Spaghetti according to the package instructions, save quarter cup of pasta water for use later and drain the rest
  • 2.
    Set aside the cooked pasta
  • 3.
    Heat 2 tbsp olive oil in a pan with some chopped garlic and then add in the pine nuts
  • 4.
    Stir on low to medium high heat for a minute until the pine nuts are nice and golden and properly roasted
  • 5.
    At this stage, reduce the heat to low and add in the peas and stir
  • 6.
    Add the pasta and combine with the pine nuts and peas, followed by the guacamole and butter
  • 7.
    When everything is nicely mixed and combined together, add in the pasta water, and stir
  • 8.
    Simmer for 1-2 minutes on low heat and then remove from the hob
  • 9.
    Serve hot in pasta bowls, garnished with cherry tomatoes and basil
