Chicken Pasta Soup

Cooking Time: 30 minutes


  • 180 g Perfetto Avemarie Lisce Pasta
  • 2 chicken breasts, cooked, cut into small pieces
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1 small onion, finely diced
  • 2 Chicken stock cubes
  • 1 can sweet corn, drained
  • 1 Spring onions, finely sliced
  • Salt and pepper for seasoning, if needed

    Cook Pasta according to package directions
  • 2.
    In a medium pot over medium heat, add butter, once it melts add onions and stir for 4 minutes until tender
  • 3.
    Add 4 to 5 cups of warm water. Then add the two chicken cubes by crushing them and stir until they dissolve. Add cooked pasta.

    Stir in the chicken pieces and corn and leave for 5 minutes to cook
  • 5.
    Check seasoning and add salt and pepper if needed. Finish the soup with adding the spring onions and serve warm
