INGREDIENTS
- 180 g Perfetto Avemarie Lisce Pasta
- 2 chicken breasts, cooked, cut into small pieces
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1 small onion, finely diced
- 2 Chicken stock cubes
- 1 can sweet corn, drained
- 1 Spring onions, finely sliced
- Salt and pepper for seasoning, if needed
Directions
- 1.Cook Pasta according to package directions
- 2.In a medium pot over medium heat, add butter, once it melts add onions and stir for 4 minutes until tender
- 3.Add 4 to 5 cups of warm water. Then add the two chicken cubes by crushing them and stir until they dissolve. Add cooked pasta.
- 4.Stir in the chicken pieces and corn and leave for 5 minutes to cook
- 5.Check seasoning and add salt and pepper if needed. Finish the soup with adding the spring onions and serve warm
