Prawn Vermicelli Pasta soup

With Tomatoes, Carrots And Fresh Green Peas

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 Box Perfetto Vermicelli pasta
  • 12 Pieces of small shrimp
  • 3 Cloves of garlic
  • 1 Minced medium size onion
  • 1 Celery
  • 2tbsp olive oil
  • 1Medium Size Carrots
  • to taste Half cup green pease
  • 200G broccoli tips
  • 1 cup of fresh tomato paste
  • to taste Small table spoon turmeric
  • to taste Small table spoon paprika
  • to taste Salt

Directions

  • 1.
    In a hot pan, fry shopped onion and garlic in olive oil
  • 2.
    Add shrimp and stir them up for both sides
  • 3.
    Add seasoning of turmeric, salt and paprika and stir
  • 4.
    Add fresh tomato paste and celery
  • 5.
    Pour water over the mixture and bring it to boil
  • 6.
    Add broccoli tips, carrot and fresh green pease to the broth
  • 7.
    Let boil for 10 min then add Perfetto Vermicelli pasta and let boil for 3 min
  • 8.
    Served hot, fresh and delicious
