INGREDIENTS
- 1 Box Perfetto Vermicelli pasta
- 12 Pieces of small shrimp
- 3 Cloves of garlic
- 1 Minced medium size onion
- 1 Celery
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 Medium Size Carrots
- to taste Half cup green pease
- 200 G broccoli tips
- 1 cup of fresh tomato paste
- to taste Small table spoon turmeric
- to taste Small table spoon paprika
- to taste Salt
Directions
- 1.In a hot pan, fry shopped onion and garlic in olive oil
- 2.Add shrimp and stir them up for both sides
- 3.Add seasoning of turmeric, salt and paprika and stir
- 4.Add fresh tomato paste and celery
- 5.Pour water over the mixture and bring it to boil
- 6.Add broccoli tips, carrot and fresh green pease to the broth
- 7.Let boil for 10 min then add Perfetto Vermicelli pasta and let boil for 3 min
- 8.Served hot, fresh and delicious
