How to Make Delicious Pasta Dishes at Home

There are many ways to cook Perfetto pasta as it’s now an international ingredient. It can be served with numerous sauces, or with a little oil, garlic and coriander, and can be either boiled or baked.

When you order a pasta dish at an upmarket restaurant it will probably have been prepared by professional chefs and be innovatively and immaculately presented. It’s important to appeal to the eye before appealing to the taste buds.

To make a picture-perfect pasta dish at home, which also smells and tastes great, you must have the right ingredients.

Choosing colorful fresh ingredients to add to your dish is crucial as bright colors stimulate the appetite. There are endless ways to present and adorn a pasta dish. Which is why, in this article, we have included 2 recipes that show how you can prepare elaborate pasta dishes in the comfort of your own home.

Light and healthy pasta with green peas:

Ingredients:

  • 1 pack of Perfetto Pasta Fettuccini
  • 2 tbsp. olive oil
  • 3 cloves of garlic, sliced
  • 1 ½ cup of frozen peas
  • 2 tbsp. basil leaves
  • ½ tsp. salt
  • ¼ tsp. black pepper
  • 2 tbsp. grated parmesan cheese

Instructions:

  • Cook the pasta according to the instructions on the pack, then drain and set aside.
  • Heat up the oil in skillet, and then add the garlic and fry for 3 minutes until golden and fragrant.
  • Add the peas and stir for 10 minutes.
  • Add the pasta and seasoning.
  • Curl up the pasta using a fork and place in the serving dish.
  • Garnish with basil leaves and Parmesan cheese and serve warm.

Chocolate Fettuccini

Ingredients:

  • 1 Pack of Perfetto Pasta Fettuccini
  • 1 C chocolate hazelnut spread
  • 1 C cream
  • Pinch of salt
  • For the garnish:
  • Whipped cream
  • 1C raspberries
  • White chocolate shavings

Instructions:

  • Cook the pasta according to the instructions on the pack, then drain and set aside.
  • In a deep pot, bring the cream to a boil on a medium heat, and then add the chocolate spread. Add a pinch of salt and keep stirring until the sauce is thick and creamy.
  • Stir the pasta into the chocolate cream until fully covered. If the sauce is too thick, use some of the pasta water to make it thinner.
  • Garnish the dish with the whipped cream, raspberries and white chocolate shavings.
