Cheesy pizza with pasta recipes

Pizza topped with Bake Penne Pasta


For topping

  • 1 c Perfetto Penne Lisce Pasta 
  • 1 c Tomato puree
  • 1 tsp ginger garlic paste
  • ¼ tsp rosemary leaves
  • ¼ c cheddar cheese
  • 1 tsp oregano powder
  • ½ tsp Rosemary

For Dough:

  • 1.5 cup flour, plus more for dusting
  • 1/3 warm water
  • 1/3 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp instant yeast
  • ¼ tsp salt

For sauce:

  • 800 g Tomato, peeled
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp oregano
  • 1 tsp salt


For Dough

  1. In a blender, mix on low speed until ingredients come together and form a scrappy dough or mix all ingredients in a bowl.
  2. Add olive oil and mix for a few seconds longer until it is incorporated into the dough.
  3. Knead a smooth dough with hands and cover tightly with a plastic wrap.
  4. Refrigerate for 24 hours.

For sauce

  1. In a blender, mix well tomato puree, garlic, and oregano.
  2. Pour into a saucepan and simmer over low heat for 30 minutes (do not boil).

For Topping

  1. Cook pasta according to the package directions. Drain and set aside.
  2. place boiled pasta in a baking try with tomato puree, ginger garlic paste and rosemary leaves
  3. Bake at 200 degree for 30 minutes.

Making Pizza:

  1. After taking out the dough from refrigerator and allow it to warm, place the dough over your fists and begin stretching it into a large circle.
  2. Bake at 200 degree for 25 minutes from both sides.
  3. Remove from oven, add sauce, topping pasta and cheese (perform this step rather quickly so that the dough will not have time to stick to the peel).
  4. Spread rosemary, oregano and salt.
  5. Transfer the pizza to the oven and bake it for about 20 minutes.
  6. Remove from the oven and place on a cooling rack for 5 minutes.
  7. Transfer to a serving pan and slice.

Perfect Pasta Pizza


  • 1 pack Perfetto Spaghetti Pasta
  • 200 g ground beef
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • ¼ cup milk
  • ½ tomato sauce
  • 1 tbsp Garlic & Herb Seasoning 
  • 1 C Mozzarella Cheese, Shredded


  1. Cook pasta according to the package directions. Drain and set aside.
  2. Heat oven to 180°c. Meanwhile, brown meat in skillet
  3. Return the pasta to pan. Add egg and milk; toss to coat. Spread onto bottom of pizza pan sprayed with cooking spray. Stir tomato sauce and dressing mix into meat; spread over spaghetti. Top with cheese.
  4. Bake 20 to 25 min. or until crust is set and cheese is melted


(Special Extra) Top meat mixture with your favorite pizza toppings, such as pepperoni, sliced mushrooms, sliced black olives and chopped bell peppers, before baking pizza.
