Shrimp Spaghetti pasta

Cooked with lemon juice and parmesan cheese
Cooking Time: 10 minutes


  • 1Box Perfetto Spaghetti pasta
  • 50g Half cup dried tomatoes
  • 200g Cup of cherry tomatoes
  • 8 prawns
  • 3 Table spoon of olive oil
  • 5g Small table spoon salt
  • to taste Small table spoon red pepper seeds
  • 3 Bay leaf
  • to taste Lemon juice
  • to taste Grated lemon zest
  • to taste Basil leaves
  • to taste Dried oregano
  • 100g Parmesan cheese
  • 50 g Cube of butter


  • 1.
    Bring water to a boil then add salt
  • 2.
    cook Perfetto Spaghetti pasta for 8 to 10 minutes
  • 3.
    Heat the oil in a pan
  • 4.
    Cook the garlic to a golden brown and sauté the shrimp
  • 5.
    Add dried tomatoes and season with salt and dried red pepper seeds
  • 6.
    Pour water over the mixture
  • 7.
    Add bay leaf, lemon juice boil for 10 minutes
  • 8.
    Drain and toss the pasta with the sauce and stir
  • 9.
    Add cherry tomatoes, lemon zest, basil leaves and big table spoon of butter and stir
  • 10.
    Sprinkle grated parmesan cheese and garnish with basil leaves
  • 11.
    Served hot, fresh and delicious
