Whole wheat Eliche pasta

with Orange and salmon
Cooking Time: 20 minutes


  • 360g Perfetto whole wheat Eliche Pasta
  • 150g cucumber
  • 1 orange
  • 200g fresh salmon
  • 2-3 spring onions
  • 1 Juice of lemon
  • 90g extra virgin olive oil
  • to taste Salt and pepper


  • 1.
    Clean cucumber, orange and spring onions. Cut the vegetables in small pieces or rounds.
  • 2.
    Cut the salmon in very fine slices, add lemon juice and let marinate for 10 minutes in a cool place.
  • 3.
    Cook the whole wheat Eliche Pasta in salted water following the package cooking time, drain and pour into the bowl together with the salmon. Add orange, cucumber and spring onions.
  • 4.
    Add olive oil before serving, lukewarm or cold.
