Low Carb Pennettine Rigati pasta

Salad with broccoli and tomatoes
Cooking Time: 20 minutes


  • 250g Perfetto Pennettine Rigati Low Carb
  • 100g Broccoli divided into pieces
  • 2 Tbsps Extra virgin olive oil
  • 4 tomatoes
  • to taste Salt and black pepper


  • 1.
    Boil the broccoli for 10 mi in hot water. then drain it.
  • 2.
    Cut the tomatoes into medium size pieces.
  • 3.
    Cook the Pennettine Rigati Low Carb Pasta in salted water following the package cooking time, then drain it.
  • 4.
    In a bowl, add the pasta, broccoli, tomatoes, olive oil, salt and black pepper, Mix all together and serve
